Define what the organisation must prove about the customer, final application, device, runtime, API request and intended operation—including the weakest environment the backend is still prepared to trust.
Protecting consequential digital interactions · MENA
SAFE PLACE is a Dubai-based mobile-channel security consultancy and Licel technology reseller serving MENA. We help organisations whose applications authenticate identity, move value, unlock assets or control sensitive operations establish an enforceable chain of trust across the customer, application, device, runtime and backend.
Mobile-channel protection
Platform security, application hardening, attestation and fraud analytics each provide useful evidence. None is a trust architecture on its own. We make the evidence independent, correlated and enforceable at the moment a sensitive interaction occurs.
Define what the organisation must prove about the customer, final application, device, runtime, API request and intended operation—including the weakest environment the backend is still prepared to trust.
Apply post-build, on-premises protection to the artifact that reaches the user: harden code and resources, establish RASP, isolate sensitive logic and bind mobile API access to a genuine application instance.
Validate provenance, freshness, application and runtime integrity, device continuity, cryptographic identity and transaction context against realistic attack paths—not idealised platform assumptions.
Feed trusted mobile-native signals into security and fraud systems, then apply proportionate policy: allow, step up, restrict, investigate, suspend or block—with evidence for every decision.
Client-side defence · Real-time enforcement
A compromised interaction cannot be repaired by server-side evidence after the event. The application must be able to assess its own integrity, inspect the environment in which it is running and impose a proportionate response before hostile control becomes an authorised action.
DexProtector and Alice can embed malware and Potentially Harmful App detection inside the final application, including signature, heuristic and package-based checks, with intelligence specifically designed to detect malware that abuses Android Accessibility Services. Combined with UI protection, RASP and device attestation, the app can identify overlays, screen capture, keylogging, remote-access tooling and other forms of client-side interference.
Under an agreed rapid-response operating model, a verified indicator can be added to the over-the-air threat database and mapped to a pre-approved enforcement policy without waiting for an app-store release. Protected instances can then detect the new strain and report, warn, restrict, suspend or stop the interaction. For high-volume digital services, compressing that exposure window can materially reduce the period during which transaction flows worth billions of dirhams remain at risk.
Target timing depends on indicator quality, technical validation, configuration, connectivity and the agreed service scope; it is not presented as a universal product SLA.
Licel · Maturity, scale, continuous validation
Licel's authority in mobile security was earned before the subject became a board-level concern. It helped pioneer mobile application protection and has spent 15 years evolving that discipline into a coherent mobile-channel security philosophy: protect the complete interaction between the customer, application, device, runtime and backend—not merely the code or the operating system.
SAFE PLACE regards Licel as the most mature end-to-end mobile-channel security technology stack available. That assessment rests on evidence rather than rhetoric: sustained engineering, deployment at exceptional scale, repeated independent evaluation, and a portfolio that unifies integrity, intelligence, isolation and backend-enforceable trust.
Through licensing, architecture, integration, validation and operational support, we bring that capability to organisations across MENA. The result is not a bundle of disconnected controls, but a continuously defensible chain of trust for any consequential digital interaction.

Regional by design
We work with organisations whose mobile applications carry material operational, financial or identity risk—from banking, payments and digital identity to mobility, connected products, healthcare, commerce and public services. The common requirement is not an industry label; it is the need to trust a consequential interaction occurring on a device the organisation does not control.
Protect the interaction
Bring us a critical flow—onboarding, authentication, payment, device enrolment, transaction signing, digital key, sensitive data capture or API access. We will define what must be trusted, select the right Licel controls and establish a practical path from architecture to production and live response.
